  • Global role US based, with ability to travel on short notice worldwide.
  • Responsible for the deployment of new technology in the field.
  • Perform field supervisor duties, and act as mentor to share knowledge with the countries/district staff.
  • Able to be mobilized worldwide on short notice for critical startups, short term peak of activity in countries/districts, new technology implementation, equipment troubleshooting.
  • Under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite.
  • Train and Assess field location staff following new technology implementation.
  • Identify country/district champions for sustaining new technology field execution.
  • Provide feedback on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with technology for implementation.
  • Coordinates and directs the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator assistants during the equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job.
  • Provides planning necessary for the job.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs performed.
  • Responsible for proper data collection and data distribution on jobs.
  • Provides input on individual performance levels of his/her subordinates providing on-the-job skills development to enhance job performance.
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of HAL career development requirements as Service Supervisor II.
  • Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines.
  • Must posse excellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes.
  • License to drive commercial vehicles may be required.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
  • Must possess the ability understand to Well Bore schematic, analyze computer programs (IWI) and operational procedures.
