Duties:                   Responsibilities include: Delivering and assisting with writing and editing of highly technical training and educational materials; providing subject matter expertise for multi-discipline technical training, complex distance-learning course development, or business development curriculum; delivering, designing, and developing skill demonstration exercises applying knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, engineering, programming or business development; providing guidance to less experienced instructors; overseeing and mentoring technical instructors in development of competency-based curricula for their assigned courses; overseeing deployed instructors focusing on current and consistent curricula; participating in technology exchange with product service lines and technology centers; developing an effective learning environment by demonstrating key classroom delivery skills to a diverse set of participants; managing a classroom environment that is safe, secure, and fosters a desire to learn and improve performance; managing group and individual classroom dynamics to minimize disruption and promote participation; communicating effectively within the learning environment; establishing an adult learning environment with instructional methods and techniques that optimize learning.


Requirements:      Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related, and 3 years' experience in the job offered or 3 years' experience in related oil and gas slickline operations.


In lieu of above, will accept 5 years' experience in the job offered or 5 years' experience in related oil and gas slickline operations.


In addition, must have 2 years of each of the following:

1. Wireline tools field experience;

2. Teaching and facilitation experience in slickline operations within the oil and gas industry;

3. Experience working in diverse settings and international exposure.
