General Duties:

General management autonomy, responsible for delivering effective and timely functional and technical support, and managing performance, availability, reliability and data integrity of HR and Payroll systems, integrations and supporting processes.  The Senior Manager works in direct partnership with HR and Payroll leadership to develop and deliver technical initiatives that support business strategies and programs while maintaining and adhering to all relevant IT and business controls, policies, and directives.  The Senior Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects and activities required by the business, including design, development, testing, schedule and cost tracking and accountability. The Senior Manager will coordinate and be accountable for a professional team of 20-40 employees and contractors, made up of managers, leads, functional and technical analysts.  The Senior Manager is responsible for the effective management of the financial budget for the function, including planning, forecasting, cost recovery, accounting, vendor contract management and product and service licensing.



A minimum of 15 years in the IT industry is required with a mix of operations, delivery, technical and functional support roles. 

Experience in both US and International HR/Payroll processes and systems including: recruiting, hiring, on-boarding/off-boarding, employee engagement, competency, compliance, training and talent management, payroll processing, compensation, incentive management, and the impact of US and International regulatory requirements and compliance.  Examples of team leadership, successful project and program delivery as well as financial competency will be required.

Experience with IT technology such as SAP abap, .NET, SQL, scripting languages, web development and technical systems such as SAP HR, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, and SalesForce is preferred.



A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields is required.  SAP or other professional certifications or associations will be beneficial.
