Summary

With general autonomy, manages the day to day project management aspects of the due diligence and integration functions within Mergers & Acquisitions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Active management of project plans.
  • Collaboration and oversight of functional and product service line leads supporting M&A activities.
  • Resource planning and budgeting for both internal and external resources.
  • Consultation with management regarding short and long term integration strategies and execution.
  • Liaison with M&A deal teams, Product Service Lines, and Divisional leadership to ensure advance notice of risks and issues.
  • Monitors company's effectiveness as an acquirer and identifies potential future challenges.
  • Coordinates diverse activities within and across functional areas.
  • Manage 2-3 projects in parallel depending on the size, complexity, and stage of completion.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of diligence and integration outcomes.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in energy services.
  • Project management, strategic planning skills, business and financial skills, significant industry understanding, organizational knowledge, and ability to work with all levels of the organization.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience in M&A integration.
  • PMP certification.
