Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct tests on materials, components, sub-assemblies and Tools according to engineered solution and requirements
  • Acquire knowledge of Testing Procedures, Operational Equipment and Procedures
  • Acquire knowledge to Document Test Procedures, data interpretation, observations and results documented
  • Assemble components/ assemblies/ tools and prepare Equipment, Rig Equipment, Well and or Rig for tests
  • Document assembly procedures and techniques and “lesson’s learned”
  • Learn, practice and follows company standards, policies, requirements for work and employment
  • Acquire Knowledge of materials, components and their applications
  • Incorporate Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques in all job process
  • Basic knowledge and Application of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and EPM software
  • Basic knowledge of Hydraulic, Mechanical, and Electrical systems
  • Basic knowledge of Operating Pressurizing Equipment
  • Ability to work at heights; 100 feet above ground on a small platform
  • Knowledge of operating Fork Lifts, Overhead Cranes, and other lifting equipment
  • Safety #1 Priority for Team and Self

 

Requirements:

 

  • NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Machine Technology
  • Fresh NITEC holders may also apply
  • 0 -2 years of experience in assembling oil tool equipment
  • Able to use moving Equipment with Forklift
  • Can do Rig Up and Rig Down Activities of Equipment at Test Well
  • Physically fit to do running and retrieving OCTG in the Test Well
  • Can identify, assembling, install, load rated rigging and lift equipment and processes
  • Knowledgeable of measuring tubing and casing
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Has teamwork and coaching skills
  • Can do maintenance, repair and recommend equipment
  • Able to interact and provide service quality to customers

     

     

Working Conditions: 

Indoor/Outdoor Activity; Day and Night; Shift could be more than 8~ 12 hours a day
