Halliburton Middle East & North Africa is divided into strategic areas, also known as geomarkets. The geomarkets have been grouped based on their respective characteristics including reservoirs, operational and technical challenges. The organizational structure in this region has been built to ensure that we offer local expertise and technology teams focused on reservoir challenges, coupled with an operational organization that understands logistical and supply chain requirements.

Halliburton’s success in this region is due to the knowledge of our employees, together with the introduction of industry-leading technologies and the collaboration with our customers’ geology and geophysics, reservoir, and completions and drilling teams.

Halliburton recruits on-campus and remotely at several Universities across the Middle East & North Africa. Check with your University to find out if Halliburton will be visiting your campus this semester. We also post events to our social media pages, Follow Us!

Halliburton student interns contribute to the overall success of the Company by bringing their motivation, fresh ideas and expertise to their respective roles. In turn, interns gain hands-on experience and develop skills in their chosen fields with a global company and industry leader.

In Egypt several college-level students are selected for a variety of roles and responsibilities, which may include general tasks, and assisting with projects, research, and job processes. Each student should demonstrate a general understanding of Halliburton’s products and services, and submit weekly or monthly reports to a supervisor.

Eligibility: Internships are offered to recent graduates or students within the region where they are authorized to work, who are willing to learn and show potential in their chosen field based on the results of passing through all the stages of the selection process.

Duration: The internships generally begin during the summer months of May through June and can last up to three to six months. However, some product service lines may require an intern during the last few months of summer.

Qualifications: Students should be currently enrolled in or graduated from the fields of engineering, human resources, supply chain management or logistics.

Compensation: Internship salaries depend upon educational background, the specific roles available and local polices.

How to apply: Students are encouraged to check their universities’ careers websites for available internships, as well as to apply online at Halliburton Careers for any positions of interest.
