We have a vacancy for an Experienced Slickline Supervisor in Wireline and Perforating, working onshore and offshore in Continental Europe and the UK.

 

Wireline and Perforating is one of Halliburton’s Product service lines that focuses on Formation evaluation, Well-intervention and Plug & Abandonment in Oil & Gas and New Energies market.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has minimum 4-years’ experience in the field operations with Slickline services.
  • Is positive and eager for self-development and to help grow Halliburton’s Wireline and Perforating services business.

  • Has the following skills and qualifications:
    • High school or similar education.
    • Ability to execute written and verbal instructions and effectively exchange information with peers and superiors.
    • Ability to work as an effective team member.
    • Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
    • The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; and
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Preferably have Driving License or willing to obtain one (optional).

 

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles such as Service Supervisor II or Service Supervisor III.

 

Job description:

  • Under general supervision, leads a crew in providing the slickline services.
  • Performs all aspects of the job including design, preparation, execution, post job and performance review of the services provided, along with the required documentation, in compliance with HMS processes.
  • Reviews the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose. Confirms that unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete, and correct for the job.
  • Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations and consults with operations base as needed.
  • Properly maintains assigned equipment and performs onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.
  • Makes equipment and personnel decisions concerning operations on location and is accountable for onsite customer satisfaction.
  • Provides technical and operational expertise to the customers and recognizes possible sales opportunities for additional Halliburton products and services, upselling on location or communicating opportunities to appropriate personnel.
  • Trains service operators and operator assistants.
  • Promotes and complies with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards, regulations, and guidelines as well as takes an active part in safety and quality improvement process.
