Job Duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under broad direction, develops and delivers complex technical training and educational programs such as multi-discipline technical training, complex technical course development, advanced technical on-the-job training for external customers and internal employees, direct product sales training, or business development curriculum.
Collaborates with internal clients to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions.
Mentors less experienced instructors.
Job role contributes to the viability of the organization via personal contributions.
Subject matter expertise in Product Service Line technical knowledge, skills and experience necessary for this role.
Travel is a requirement.

Qualifications

Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering, education, or similar disciplines and 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource Development or Product Service Line operations including curriculum development or training experience.
