Job Description

Under general supervision, this position supports the execution and delivery of project(s). Supports the financial and technical success of the project(s). Provides support to Project Manager(s). Supports control of resources assigned to the project (s) and contributes to ensuring the delivery of quality customer service; personnel, property and environmental safety. Supports planning, organization, coordination and control of domestic and international projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Supports development and implementation of project plans and strategies. Demonstrates commitment to developing skills, competencies, application of expertise knowledge of specific Pipeline, Process, Services (PPS) service lines. Supports preparation of project cost estimates and billing documents. Supports engineers and tech professionals with project tasks. Supervises project operational personnel. Develops business management skills and supports proposals. Valid license to operate a motor vehicle is required. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Completion of a STEM Degree is required. Completion of HES career development requirements such as Associate Project Manager or as a Technical Professional.
