QA/QC Coordinator

Job Duties

• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents
• Establish project quality plan, quality improvement plan and QCP from specification to meet project quality inspection requirement
• Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations
• Support in tender review in quality areas
• Familiarize with the local and international code of practice and standards.
• Lead the project site quality control matters including lead the site quality personnel.
• Experience in investigating, assessing, and finding solutions for improvements for any process gaps/issues that affects the contract;
• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with code, standards, regulations, equipment, specific specifications, and Q.M.S requirements.
• Review all project’s work scope and packages to ensure inclusion of all quality procedures and implementations
• Management of all contractor’s QA/QC activities during all project execution to ensure product/service quality deliverables, which is a major project objective.
• QA/QC Engineers has to conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the project's progress and adherence to quality standards.
• QAQC Engineer has to maintain meticulous records of all inspections, tests, and findings throughout the project.
• QA/QC Engineer shall be involved in evaluating the quality of materials, equipment, and services provided by suppliers. QA/QC Engineer has to collaborate with vendors to ensure that the products and services meet the project's requirements and comply with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Technical background related to oil & gas industry;
• Certified as a Lead auditor;
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English;
• Good analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in ISO standards and able to lead the program.
• More than 5 years of continues working experience in QAQC in oil and gas industry;
