Managing Director - Integrated Field Management Services (IFMS)

Job Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Act as official representative at the JMC, including signing authority for outgoing invoices to COMPANY and subcontractor agreements (per thresholds).
• Provide overall leadership and direction for IFMS delivery in Iraq.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with COMPANY agreements.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of Operations, Maintenance, Petroleum Engineering, Materials Management, and supporting services.
• Serve as the primary high-level interface with COMPANY on strategy, commercial negotiations, and production targets.
• Set and manage overall budgets, cost control strategies, and financial planning.
• Establish divisional/departmental objectives and oversee performance management.
• Monitor and report project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation of project changes and interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Champion local workforce training and development to maximize localization targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ upstream oil & gas leadership experience, with prior Iraq or Middle East exposure strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record managing integrated projects or field management contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and high-value contract approvals.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in remote/rotational settings.
• Engineering or technical degree required; advanced degree preferred.
