Job Duties
Under general supervision, focuses on understanding customer concerns, identifying unmet needs, and evaluating competitor performance within a specific PSL segment or key customer account. Comprehends customer operations, technical requirements, and operational challenges. Proactively develops customized and integrated solutions for customers in collaboration with various PSLs and engages with the customer technical teams to identify key challenges. Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinates engagement sessions with customers in alignment with HPM BD, Engineering and HAL PSLs. During the pursuit phase is responsible to support all integrated opportunities for respective PSL segments or assigned customer working closely with HPM BD, Engineering and account managers to formulate a winning strategy. Understands and influence customer evaluation models, and effectively communicate execution scope, upsell opportunities, Halliburton positioning and market pricing. Supports enhancing brand equity for PSL writing and co-authoring success stories and technical papers with recognized industry bodies such as SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) and IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) and leading technical forums to effectively communicate the PSL value proposition. During execution phase is involved in monitoring project execution, collecting performance data and creating top quartile performance benchmark for respective customer and identifying potential upsell opportunities for the project (s). STEM undergraduate degree is required and a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in Oil and Gas services, with exposure to well engineering, operations or multiple PSLs and commercial and contractual elements.
