Support Analyst I

The iEnergy SRE should be familiar and be able to administer cloud environments; in particular AWS and Azure.  General familiarity with services provided by these cloud providers.  The candidate should also be familiar with VMWare, in particular Horizon and vSphere.  The candidate is expected to be comfortable in Windows and well as Linux environments and have knowledge of Active Directory and it’s functionality. Experience with customer facing is a definite plus.   

Requirements:

  •  Completion of a degree  in engineering, computer science, geoscience or similar
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • General database administration experience
  • Monitoring tools
  • Networks and networking.   Basic knowledge is expected.
  • Experience working with containers and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
