Job Duties and Qualifications

REA RESOURCE SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).

•    Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements.
•    Maintains scheduling board and report on utilization of personnel and equipment.
•    May serve as a backup to Area Resource Coordinator for sale order creation.
•    Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues to include but not limited to timely reconciliation of Sales Orders.
•    Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Enviornmental guidelines.
•    Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines.
•    Skills are typically acquired through a High School Diploma or similar education and 2 years industry experience or within a PSL or field operations.
•    Promotes and actively participates in the quality improvement process.
•    Organize Fleet Documentation
•    Maintain TUV/Plates in proper order and organization
•    Inspect and check Tires/Tachometer/Cards
•    Keep all team active with Truck Driver Licenses
•    Organize training and keep all team active with Code 95 trainings
•    Follow-up AMI Creation/Receive for equipment movement
