QA/QC Coordinator - Senior QA/QC Coordinator

Job Duties

• Plans, reviews, and analyzes quality related data. Identifies problems, offers resolutions, and performs reporting activities.
• Conducts statistical studies using Statistical Process Controls and other Quality Improvement Process tools.
• May implement a Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management System such as ISO 9000, API, ASME, etc. for the site or project.
• The Calibration Lab Technician at HDBS Manufacturing is responsible for performing precise calibration, verification, and maintenance of measurement instruments and equipment used in production and quality processes.
• This role ensures all tools and instruments meet required specifications and comply with ISO/IEC 17025, HDBS Quality Management System, API, ISO9001, and customer requirements
• May act in vendor surveillance activities on projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of measurement principles and calibration techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP, calibration management software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances.

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
