Job Duties

This role demands strong technical expertise in Well Integrity, Well Construction, and Subsurface operations, along with a solid understanding of digital product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

• Act as the interface between domain experts and developers, ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.

• Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement.

• Ensure alignment with industry standards (NORSOK D-010, ISO 16530, API RP 90-2) and other related standards and regulations

• Contribute to go-to-market activities including pricing, licensing, and support models.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Experience & Technology

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to well integrity management, well construction, or operations.

• Strong knowledge of well barrier principles, well failure models, risk assessment, and integrity lifecycle management.

• Experience with software development, digital twins, data management, and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI technologies (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) and software commercialization concepts.
