Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. is looking to hire a mid-level environmental professional for our manufacturing facility located in Duncan, OK.  This environmental professional will become intimately involved in the day-to-day environmental management of the site including:


  • Management of environmental compliance, regulatory requirements, and environmental permits, including site air permit, large quantity generator, toxic release inventory reporting, and all other environmental obligations.
  • Implementation and management of environmental management system elements
  • Internal and external reporting of environmental metrics, regulatory reports, and projects
  • Providing sustainability guidance in the areas of waste reduction and energy conservation to employee teams
  • Interacting with site leadership, HSE global management, and shop-floor personnel to express the significance of environmental requirements


The role will report to the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Supervisor at the Duncan Manufacturing Center and will have indirect reporting to the Manufacturing and Technology Environmental Manager.  We are looking for a self-starter candidate with a degree in environmental science or related and 3-5 years of experience in handling environmental job responsibilities.


The Duncan Manufacturing Center is located in Duncan, OK approximately 90 minutes Southwest of Oklahoma City, OK.  This location employees approximately 800 people and is the largest Halliburton manufacturing facility.  The site is one of 14 plants within Halliburton’s Manufacturing division and supports our field service activities by providing quality equipment tailored to the unique needs of each well and each customer.
