Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Duties:

Under general supervision, provides remote operations of the drilling and evaluation process, including data acquisition and transmission, log generation, data Quality Control (QC), and delivery of real-time services to the customer.
Analyzes customized visualization configurations of rig site data and presents to customers.
Ensures that all data presented to the customer is accurate, timely, and meets the highest service quality standard.
Indicates potential problems to the customer and troubleshoots real-time service interruptions.
Tests real- time software, transmission protocols, and system configurations to ensure customer access.
Actively contributes to development of new real- time services and operating capabilities.

Qualifications:

Requires completion of an undergraduate STEM degree.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
