Admin

• Representing the real estate services in Labuan
• Leading and supervise third party manpower, contractor and consultant for real estate services related job.
• To liaise, coordinate and respond to landlord, all regulatory agencies, enforcement agency and any statutory requirement for the facility.
• Utility management
• Identify, plan, supervise, execute, repair / maintenance or project works.
• To communicate and negotiate with buyer/PML group for RFQ for required jobs in the facility or projects.
• Informed and update base manager and PSL lead, and requestor on matters and job status.
• Need to attend or supervise matters related to maintenance, project or services.
• Reporting and communicating on pending, ongoing and upcoming operational matters with directly reporting manager
• To plan and monitor spend monthly, quarterly, and annual. This includes annual budgeting.
• To attend physical or online meetings or discussion.
• Flexible to travel to other Halliburton locations as and when required for business.
• Other RES matters which need representative in attendance, respond or actioned.
