Position Summary

The AI Product Architect will lead AI adoption across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for the IT Applications group and drive AI-powered product innovation. This strategic role combines technical expertise, product vision, and compliance awareness to ensure responsible, scalable, and impactful AI integration. The role will focus on leveraging AI tools to enhance developer productivity and implementing Agentic AI workflows. It may also involve building custom-trained models using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions.

Job Duties

  • Product Innovation: Identify and deliver AI-powered features that enhance corporate applications and user experience.
  • Architecture & SDLC Integration: Design end-to-end AI architecture integrated with enterprise systems; embed AI capabilities into SDLC phases and automate workflows.
  • Agentic AI & Automation: Build agentic AI solutions for multi-step workflows using approved frameworks and platforms.
  • Custom Model Development: Drive domain-specific model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation for enterprise use cases.
  • AI Implementation & Compliance: Apply existing AI guardrails, security, and governance policies while implementing solutions.
  • Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives and mentor development teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in software development and enterprise architecture; 3+ years in AI/ML roles with hands-on work in generative AI, agentic workflows, and custom model development.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, agentic architectures, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS); strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
  • Preferred: Certifications in AI/ML or product management.
