Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Under general supervision, ensures the effective operation and improvement of one or more compensation processes; contributes to the development and implementation of compensation projects and programs, as assigned.
  • Analyzes and manipulates compensation data using SAP, MS Access, MS Excel, and Vendor Systems.
  • Works with others inside and outside the department to assist customers and ensure the smooth administration of compensation policies and programs.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline and 2-4 years of compensation related experience.
  • Certification as Compensation Professional or HR Professional is preferred.
