About the Role

Under strict supervision, the Customer Service Associate ensures accurate and timely processing of orders, requisitions, and shipping documentation to support PSL operations. This role serves as a key communication link between field personnel, sales teams, affiliates, manufacturing, procurement, and vendors to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Responsibilities include coordinating material movements, supporting export compliance, tracking cross‑center and vendor‑supplied orders, and validating documentation for accuracy and completeness.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and requisitions accurately and on time. 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for affiliates, field PSL personnel, and sales teams.
  • Monitor multiple functional mailboxes, and maintain open order spreadsheets. 
  • Create invoices and required shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate material movements to support PSL operations. 
  • Perform data inquiries to confirm order status and material availability. 
  • Liaise with field personnel, manufacturing, procurement, and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor cross‑center and vendor‑supplied orders.
  • Partner with the Law Department to support export compliance and maintain knowledge of international shipping regulations. 
  • Validate documentation for completeness, accuracy, and readability. 
  • Support timely and accurate submission of customer‑specific invoices.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to process documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams.
  • Ability to work within established policies, regulations, and procedures.

Preferred

  • Experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or invoicing environments.
  • Familiarity with Logistics. 

 

Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience, additional job requirements, and current business needs.
