Digital Product Manager - Cementing

Date:  Jun 2, 2026
Location:

Houston, TX, US, 77032

We are looking for the right people — people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead. We attract and retain the best talent by investing in our employees and empowering them to develop themselves and their careers. Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.

Job Duties

  • Under broad direction, leads product development and commercialization for an assigned project, working directly alongside the developer team day to day - giving direction, removing blockers, and staying engaged wherever the product needs attention.
  • Stays embedded from first concept through deployment. There are no handoffs; the Product Champion leads at every stage rather than passing ownership between roles.
  • Builds rapid prototypes as the standard: small working versions are built quickly, tested against real conditions, and improved continuously, replacing sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and long approval cycles.
  • Makes real-time calls on direction, priority, and next steps, correcting course as issues surface instead of waiting for a scheduled review.
  • This is a product leadership role, not a coding role. The focus is active, hands-on engagement with the work; AI tools are used occasionally to speed development and test ideas.
  • Develops commercialization plans, target customers, value cases, and case histories, and provides operational and sales input into product development, deployment, and marketing.
  • Builds market enthusiasm for new products and puts performance measures in place to track results.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent field experience), detailed technical knowledge of the product line, and company-required training.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, operations, and/or technology.
  • Comfortable leading in an embedded, real-time model: daily collaboration with developers, fast iteration, and decisions made at the point of information.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Senior Principal Product or Principal Product Champion.
