Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Landmark Senior Vice President (SVP). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, manages multiple priorities with discretion, and enables the SVP and executive leadership team to maximize impact and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to SVP, including calendar management, domestic/international travel arrangement, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and logistics
- Serves as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and prepare agenda, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism
- Compose and format internal and external communications ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Keep executive leadership team informed, prepared by synthesizing information, preparing briefs, pre-reads, and follow-ups
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures when managing communications, scheduling, and decision-making
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requires 7-8 years of experience minimum, 2+ years of experience supporting executives, ideally within software and/or energy industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and SAP (Concur Travel & Expenses)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong capability in planning, time management and applying sound judgement and anticipating needs
- Detail oriented with exceptional follow-through, and thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
