HR Specialist I-II: University Recruiting

Job Duties

  • Supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of one or more Human Resources (HR) processes under general supervision
  • Serves as an ambassador to universities, building relationships and acting as a key point of contact to support talent pipeline development and campus engagement initiatives
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop tools, resources, and communications that enhance HR program effectiveness
  • Supports university recruiting efforts by coordinating events, building relationships with campus representatives, and assisting with intern and entry-level talent acquisition
  • Executes basic programs and projects while building subject matter expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, and HR Operations.
  • Applies specialized knowledge, analytical skills, and business acumen to support the efficient delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies
  • Assists with HR data reporting and analysis to support actionable recommendations and continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Advises HR and business leaders on best practices as knowledge and experience grow

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification preferred
  • No previous experience required
