We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead and elevate strategic hiring across the Landmark business. Acting as a trusted partner to senior business leaders, this role will drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical positions while providing program leadership for enterprise-wide hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in technology talent acquisition and thrives in complex, fast-paced environments—preferably with exposure to both technology and energy sectors. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, coupled with strong influencing skills, adaptability, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Job Duties

Strategic Hiring

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies for leadership and mission-critical roles, lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Design and execute tailored search strategies, leveraging both internal and external talent channels.
  • Ensure a high-touch, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.

 

Program Management & Talent Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and workforce planning.
  • Provide oversight and project management for major recruiting initiatives, including hiring ramp ups for new capabilities or business expansions, Internship and early-career programs, critical workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Establish clear milestones, governance, and reporting to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

 

Operation Excellence & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable hiring practices across all projects.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, Country HR business partners, Global Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to ensure hiring quality, velocity, and cost efficiency.
  • Influence and align stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and consultative leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on strategic and senior-level hiring, including leadership of complex recruiting programs
  • Proven success recruiting for technology organizations, with deep understanding of tech talent markets and roles; experience in the energy sector is preferred.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate with strategic perspective and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
