About the Role
As a Material Coordinator II, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and materials operations for Fann Instruments. Under general supervision, you will ensure timely and accurate material movements, maintain inventory integrity, and support safe and efficient warehouse practices. This position is essential to delivering quality products to internal and external customers and upholding Halliburton’s operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate movement of materials and products within the warehouse.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Use handheld scanners to complete transactions and maintain data accuracy.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Support inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and internal order fulfillment.
- Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with procedures.
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately for all material movements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment through regular housekeeping.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or process issues.
- Perform additional duties and activities as directed to support operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of related experience in material handling.
- Experience working in an operations or warehouse environment.
- Experience using handheld scanners.
- Lift truck certification.
Preferred:
- Two‑year degree.
