Job Duties
- Works under limited direction and supervision of all duties with considerable autonomy in completing projects for supervisor(s).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple stakeholder groups in order to complete tasks and/or projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Ability to adapt to new software tools and technology (i.e. expense management software, company website content updates, etc.)
- Makes a number of decisions alone due to travel of supervisor(s).
- Interprets company policies, anticipates and prepares materials needed by the supervisor(s) for conference, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc. and informs supervisor(s) on matters to be considered.
Qualifications
- Requires 5-7 years of experience.
