Job Duties

Under broad direction, the Senior Manager, IAM Finance & Risk leads the economic and financial analysis of all existing assets and potential acquisitions within Halliburton’s Integrated Asset Management (IAM) group. This role provides direct and oversight-level financial support across projects, assists in negotiations for acquisitions and divestitures, and partners with Risk and Commercialization teams on investment decisions, financing, contract development, and hedging strategies. The position has budgetary accountability and directly contributes to value creation and the financial integrity of IAM operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead economic and financial analysis for all IAM assets, projects, and potential acquisitions or divestitures.
•    Perform, manage, or review complex valuation models and project economics to support investment and portfolio decisions.
•    Conduct decision and risk analysis, including scenario and sensitivity modeling.
•    Support the Director, IAM Commercial Strategy & Partnerships in negotiations of acquisitions, divestitures, and major commercial agreements.
•    Partner with the Senior Risk Manager on project-level risk assessments and take ownership of assigned analyses.
•    Provide financial and analytical support for financing, contract preparation, and hedging strategies.
•    Maintain financial governance frameworks to ensure consistency in forecasting, capital deployment, and performance reporting.
•    Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership, enabling sound decision-making and measurable value creation.

Qualifications

Qualifications
•    Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA preferred.
•    Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in financial analysis and general finance.
•    Prior experience within the Exploration and Production (E&P) sector is required.
•    Proven experience managing or overseeing complex financial and economic evaluations for large-scale assets or projects.
•    Strong analytical, quantitative, and leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and maintain high-quality financial deliverables.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions across multi-disciplinary teams.
