Job Duties

We are seeking an execution-driven industry leader who will focus on performance, delivery, and increase of productivity in the Landmark value chain. As the Head of the Productivity Management Office you will drive activities focused on increasing productivity of the Landmark value chain including process improvements in the primary activities, new initiatives leading to new levels of effectiveness, delivery of key programs on time, scope and budget, and reporting on key KPIs intended to monitor product performance.

Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Review, improve, document, and drive the execution of processes resulting in the delivery of the Landmark value to the market
  • Scope, propose, and drive initiatives intended to drive increase of productivity across the Landmark value chain; own the budget for those initiatives
  • Drive the delivery of key programs by creating and staffing a program management office, and effective collaboration with the Landmark organizations needed to develop and deliver those programs; own the budget for those key programs
  • Report on key KPIs intended to monitor product performance, customer usage, operational efficiency, market trends and business performance; translate business needs into clear data requirements and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of analytics deliverables with business goals; provide strategic recommendations based on trend analysis, predictive insights, and performance tracking. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of execution and delivery of programs and process improvement in an enterprise software business 
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills with a track record of leading complex organizations
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities coupled with effective collaborative and inter-personal skills
  • Experience with the oil and gas industry, or oilfield service industry is a plus
