Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision coordinates with internal and external resources to efficiently accomplish cost effective and timely real estate acquisition, disposal and portfolio transactions for leased and owned properties within defined processes, business practices and company policy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of typical contract terms and expertise in negotiating and marketing are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and SAP is necessary.
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree and 3 - 5 years experience in commercial real estate is required.
  • Halliburton training preferred.
