With general autonomy, works as a liaison between supply chain business units and the IT process and applications teams to develop a systems and technology strategy for Supply Chain. Focuses on architecture that crosses multiple projects while supporting solution architects on individual solutions. Develops business cases for systems and technology implementation projects and presents to leadership to drive or heavily influence systems and technology change. Meets with supply chain business units and stakeholders to set priorities for resources and communicates with the business units to ensure business needs are met.  Supply Chain technology and systems research and scouting to introduce new technologies to enhance productivity.  Supervises others; allocates and monitors work, and coordinates similar activities within a functional area. Implements and supports system solutions across Supply Chain. Interprets and applies directions originating at a higher level.  Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, and profitability. Consequences of errors are easily measured and can be confined.  Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a Technical, Supply Chain, or Business related field and 8-20 years of experience in a supply chain related field which includes experience in management.  Should have extensive direct experience in, and extensive knowledge of, end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Assist with Demand Planning and Prioritization of IT initiatives (including both minor enhancements/bug fixes and new initiatives).
  • Application of process and system knowledge to problem resolution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 – 20 years of experience in supply chain, field operations and/or project management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience with ERP implementation projects, Digital Procurement (Source-to-Contract; Source-to-Pay; Procure-to-Pay).
  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with various internal stakeholders.
  • Expert negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
