  • Assess dynamic well conditions and recommend corrective technical actions.
  • Participate in pre-job planning, risk assessments, and post-event reporting.
  • Maintain professional relationships with regulators, inspectors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned documentation, and equipment readiness programs.
  • Travel globally and mobilize on short notice as required.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Geology, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of well site operations experience, including drilling, intervention, or well control exposure.
  • Experience working in hazardous, high-pressure/high-temperature environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate specialized intervention equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with customers, regulators, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel extensively, including international assignments.

Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience, additional job requirements, and current business needs.
