Job Description:

  • Under general supervision, provides well support for operations on location.
  • Collaborates with other team members and the technology, maintenance, logistics, and business development groups on solving strategic, operational, and technical problems at an area-level.
  • Supports new job designs, new software, and new equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and maintains a close working relationship with the Service Leader, crew, on-sight customer, and support functions.
  • Requires technical and operational competence in Production Enhancement and an understanding of other Product Service Lines (PSL) at the wellsite, as well as proficiency and knowledge of basic engineering principles, continuous improvement, and project management principles.
  • Works independently and on group projects across the Region and may provide work direction to others at site.
  • Helps develop new software, leads deployment of software and new equipment, provides updates and recommendations to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Ensures best practices are shared across the Region.
  • Functions as a communications link between other DevOps groups and/or PSL Technology and the onsite operations team.
  • Assists with development of Associate Technical Professionals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in PE operations/engineering.
  • Requires travel throughout the area.
