Associate Technical Professional - Log Analysis

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, has basic knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology through formal education.
• Possesses basic awareness of existing and emerging technology within focus area (s).
• Able to apply the accepted mainstay process under guidance.
• Understands individual value contribution to project teams.
• Effectively plans and manages own workload, under guidance, to meet desired service level targets.
• Is not usually involved in customer contacts and has no involvement in business development activities.
• Demonstrates appropriate objection handling capability and knows when/how to diplomatically escalate issues.
• Communication skills must include: effective verbal, written, and effective listening skills.
• Effectively manages their time to perform the accountabilities of their job.
• Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.
• Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected.
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in geoscience or engineering (STEM preferred) required.
• This is an entry level role.
