Job Duties and Qualifications
Responsible for preparing comprehensive proposals and bid preparations for customer evaluation
Responsibilities
- Responding to tender requests (ITT, RFP, RFQ)
- Coordinate bid process from document review to submission
- Liaise with internal team members during the tendering/contract process
- Ensure customer defined requirements are met in tender response
- Manage post-award contract documentation
- Support BD with query response, ad-hoc reporting, and data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in using Salesforce is a plus
