Job Description:


  1. Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Marketing, or related disciplines and 5 years of experience (marketing, event management, digital marketing and/or communications) or the completion of a graduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline and 3 years of experience in Business and Market Analysis
  2. Able to analyze market data and develop guidance of current and forward-looking market trends.
  3. Provides marketing consultation and recommendations to facilitate marketing events and as needed to provide marketing guidance, under the direction of Global Communications & Marketing, to outside departments and teams
  4. Must be able to multi-task and manage numerous projects. Responsibilities include prioritizing projects, identifying and assigning required resources, budget management, and effective communications with internal stakeholders to establish clear marketing expectations
  5. Develop, execute, and manage Halliburton marketing processes, functions and brand guidelines. This includes recommending and implementing process improvements with approval by the region and Global Communications & Marketing.
  6. Assist regional leadership in the development of marketing strategies for business units, geographies, and PSLs through projects and expert advice. Understand corporate mainstays and strategic focus areas to align marketing objectives with overall business objectives
  7. Practices the latest industry marketing and design trends to deliver cutting edge marketing materials and programs to stakeholders
  8. Five plus years of marketing, event management or communications


Skill Sets Required:

  1. Analytical skills: Power BI, Excel and MS application software, data mining
  2. Linguistic skills – able to speak fluent English
  3. Communicative – Be able to communicate essential business needs across teams with PSL marketing and corporate marketing teams (creative/branding/digital) (align on objectives/messaging/planning etc.)  
  4. Experienced: Able to capture events/marketing objectives, digest BD needs and setting up marketing project parameters to best serve regional/country marketing targets
  5. Organized – able to proper plan marketing events, setting event/marketing deliverable priorities
  6. Proactive – able to mobilize internal resources and drive team collaboration
