Job Duties

Responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias del almacén, asegurando una gestión precisa del inventario y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos y estándares de seguridad (HSE). Lidera y coordina al equipo operativo, supervisa las actividades de manipulación de materiales y el uso adecuado de sistemas y equipos. Monitorea indicadores clave de desempeño, impulsa mejoras continuas y coordina con áreas internas y proveedores para garantizar una operación eficiente y segura del almacén.

Qualifications

Secundario completo (excluyente); formación técnica o en logística (deseable).
Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia en operaciones de almacén o entornos operativos similares.
Experiencia previa liderando o supervisando equipos de trabajo.
Conocimientos en gestión de inventarios y uso de sistemas ERP (SAP preferido).
Experiencia en operación o supervisión de equipos de manejo de materiales y scanners.
Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas informáticas (Excel).
Fuerte orientación a la seguridad (HSE) y a la disciplina operativa.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Neuquén, Añelo, bajo diagrama 8x4 con horario rotativo.
