Senior Technician - Electro/Mechanical

Du vil ha en nøkkelrolle i verkstedet, med ansvar for vedlikehold, klargjøring og testing av utstyr, samt bidra i utviklings- og prototypeprosjekter. Stillingen innebærer også noe reiseaktivitet til on- og offshore-operasjoner.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Klargjøring, vedlikehold og reparasjon av mekanisk /hydraulisk/elektrisk utstyr
• Funksjonstesting og kvalitetssikring i henhold til prosedyrer og standarder
• Bistå ingeniørteamet i utviklingsprosjekter og testprogram
• Loggføring og dokumentasjon av verkstedsaktiviteter
• Sikre orden og struktur i verksted og lager
• Delta i mobilisering og demobilisering av utstyr til/fra offshore-operasjoner
• Sporadiske reiser til offshore-installasjoner eller testfasiliteter ved behov

Om deg :

• Fagbrev som industrimekaniker, automasjonstekniker, eller lignende
• God systemforståelse av hydraulisk/elektro/ mekanisk
• Erfaring fra verksted, vedlikehold eller teknisk drift, gjerne innen subsea eller olje og gass
• Strukturert og kvalitetsbevisst – du trives med fysisk arbeid og tekniske utfordringer
• Gode samarbeidsevner og positiv innstilling
• Komfortabel med digitale verktøy og dokumentasjon
• Ønskelig med gyldige offshore-sertifikater (men ikke et krav)

Workshop Technician

Would you like to work with groundbreaking subsea technology and be part of a growing company? Optime Subsea, now part of Halliburton, is looking for a workshop technician to join our team in Notodden.

You will have a key role in the workshop, responsible for maintenance, preparation, and testing of equipment, as well as contributing to development and prototype projects. The position also involves some travel to onshore and offshore operations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical/hydraulic/electrical equipment
• Functional testing and quality assurance according to procedures and standards
• Assist the engineering team in development projects and test programs
• Logging and documentation of workshop activities
• Ensure order and structure in the workshop and warehouse
• Participate in mobilization and demobilization of equipment to/from offshore operations
• Occasional travel to offshore installations or test facilities as needed

About You:

• Certificate of apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, automation technician, or similar
• Good system understanding of hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems
• Experience from workshop, maintenance, or technical operations, preferably within subsea or oil and gas
• Structured and quality-conscious – you enjoy physical work and technical challenges
• Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable with digital tools and documentation
• Valid offshore certificates are desirable (but not required)
