About the Role
The Senior Business Development Account Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the Artificial Lift portfolio. This role leverages deep technical and commercial knowledge to develop strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver solutions that address customer production and operational challenges.
Working with broad autonomy, this position manages strategic accounts, supports regional growth initiatives, and plays a key role in aligning Halliburton’s technical capabilities with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive revenue growth and market share within assigned accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote Artificial Lift technologies and solutions.
- Align customer operational and technical challenges with Halliburton’s product and service capabilities.
- Deliver technical sales presentations and value-based proposals that demonstrate solution benefits.
- Manage assigned accounts while supporting growth across both existing and new customer relationships.
- Participate in business planning activities, including sales forecasting and opportunity pipeline management.
- Monitor market conditions and customer activity to identify growth opportunities and competitive risks.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced sales or business development personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline required.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in energy services sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Lift technologies or related production optimization solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical sales presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
