Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Reliability, or related discipline preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of reliability engineering experience, ideally within ESPs, gas lift systems, rotating equipment, or downhole production technologies.
- Experience conducting FMEA/DFMEA, reliability modeling, Weibull analysis, risk assessments, and test program development.
- Strong proficiency with reliability software tools (e.g., Weibull++, Reliasoft, Minitab).
- Knowledge of electronics reliability, motor systems, rotating equipment, and downhole conditions is an asset.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
