Job Summary
PerfConnect is the Direct Sales and Rental Division of Halliburton in North America Land. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Operations background to enter sales organization for dynamic growing business. This is a full-time job with compensation based on Salary and eligible for bonus. Position reports directly to the PerfConnect General Manager. Responsible for technical, operations, and business development support for PerfConnect Product Sales Business. Will work directly with Wireline Service Companies who are the main customers for PerfConnect but will also work with end users including E&P Operators in the Permian.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, provides training and mentorship to field level PerfConnect customers
- Executes delivery of direct sales contracts including technical support, training, inspection, commissioning, warranty, and equipment nonconformance issues; offers advice on equipment capabilities and field operations to Direct Sales customers
- Completes required reporting and documentation, such as Correction Prevention, and Improvement (CPI), Memorandum of Understanding
- Liaises with clients on technical issues to better support the needs of the clients
- Assists with closure of client’s technical issues and initiates CPI
- Facilitates that best practices are shared between the Company and clients
- Participates and expedites the Customer Acceptance process for Product Service Line equipment inspections
- Job tasks, properly completed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations
- Explosives handling and BAFTE training and will be required
Preferred experience
- Permian experience a plus but not required
- Explosives & BAFTE training
- Exposure to Pumpdown Plug and Perf, and other wireline products a plus
- 5 years’ industry experience in lieu of a degree would be considered
Qualifications:
- Completion of an Undergraduate degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) discipline required and a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in jobs of lesser responsibility, such as an operations engineering or Senior Technical Professional position
- Experience as wireline logging, drilling, operations, or maintenance engineer, preferably with Halliburton, but industry standard is acceptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with field operations and customers specially in Midland area
- Job will require travel based on the business needs
