Delivery Manager - Agile Asset Management - Landmark

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Agile Asset Management (AAM) organisation. AAM is an open platform that unifies subsurface, drilling, facilities, economics, and risk into an integrated decision environment, enabling high‑quality, high‑velocity decision‑making across the full asset lifecycle. In this role you will lead delivery across multiple product areas in AAM, working closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads and development teams to ensure coordinated, predictable and high‑quality execution across the portfolio. The Delivery Manager reports directly to the General Manager within AAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate delivery across all AAM domains, ensuring aligned ways of working and predictable execution.
- Establish and improve governance, documentation standards, and delivery processes across teams, drawing on extensive experience with operating models and service delivery.
- Drive consistent and efficient collaboration between Product Managers, Tech Leads, developers, and strategic partners.
- Enable high-quality decision‑making by aligning people, processes, and technology across a multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Ensure transparency in progress, risks, dependencies, and quality through structured communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, geoscience, computer science, project management, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience from E&P operators and the service industry, digital subsurface/drilling/facilities workflows
- Proven experience in delivery or project management in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments
- Strong understanding of agile ways of working and modern digital delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple parallel teams and priorities in a dynamic environment
