Job Duties

Bajo supervisión general, trabaja en una función especializada, verificando su trabajo según sea necesario. Lee e interpreta documentos como normas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento, manuales de procedimientos y órdenes de servicio. Redacta informes y correspondencia rutinaria. Se requiere capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con grupos de clientes o empleados de la organización. Se requiere capacidad para realizar análisis numéricos, estadísticos y/o financieros básicos. Aplica el sentido común para ejecutar instrucciones escritas u orales detalladas, pero sin complicaciones.

Qualifications

Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Administración de empresas, Ingenieria industrial o afín.
2+ años de experiencia trabajando en áreas administrativas.
Conocimiento en cuentas por pagar y análisis de datos.
Conocimiento en sistema SAP y Excel avanzado
Ingles intermedio
