Consider heading up a tool tech team as a Halliburton Shop Leader. In the spirit of service excellence and customer satisfaction, put your mentoring skills to use training less experienced maintenance workers. Work assignments and coordination come from your desk. The orderly scheduling and flow of equipment use is yours to organize. Draw upon your experience to evaluate and make recommendations for equipment improvements. Day-to-day job activities involve challenging work and exposure to critical conditions or situations. The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent; and a minimum of five years experience in Product Service Line-specific tool operations. Must also have knowledge and understanding of Job Service Order to successfully mobilize equipment upon call outs; and the ability to accept calls for off loading equipment and complete the appropriate Quality Control documentation.
