Under general supervision, safely and effectively operates the product production line in the operation producing product that meets company quality specifications. Responsible for complete production line. Operates forklift and all other loading, unloading and production equipment as required. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills are typically acquired through completion of a High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations which includes experience in or as a Chemical Process Operator I for a minimum of 2 years.
