As a Sr. Operator you will use your thorough knowledge of production processes, safety guidelines and quality control to ensure that manufacturing operations run smooth and produce the highest quality of products. We're looking for someone who will step up in critical times and take on management responsibilities as needed. We need those who pay attention to detail while monitoring charts and gauges, following instructions for final shipments and troubleshooting problems with equipment. You should have at least five years of experience in plant operations; including three years leading and training other plant personnel. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
