Job Duties

Under general supervision, responsible for the ongoing support of business development graphics activities, directing work flow, hardware/software technical support, technical systems analysis and creation, graphics staff training and support, and vendor identification, evaluation, and recommendation under the direction of the Proposals Manager. Responsible for evaluating and recommending preferred publication solutions to fit time/budget constraints. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least four years of field or other relevant experience. Completion of an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar disciplines is preferred; five or more years of experience in oilfield or oil/gas proposals preparation is preferred.
