Your responsibilities:
Circuitry design and schematic drawing.
PCB design and layout for test boards.
Testing and characterization in our electronics lab.
Thick film hybrid / MCM design in collaboration with vendor.
High temperature component selection.
Collaborate with project managers, product owners and other engineers, locally and globally.

Our expectations:
We are searching for a person with a desire to work with high temperature electronics design. You need to be familiar with various electronic circuits and components and can apply this to practical use. You will primarily be working with MCMs for permanently installed downhole products (up to 225C), but you will also be exposed to PCBAs for surface products and test boards.

It is all about creating functional and reliable products for demanding customers and environments. Like the rest of us you are curious, creative, and self-driven, as well as motivated by working with others to find simple solutions to new and complex challenges. English is our primary written language. Norwegian is an advantage. Some travel should be expected.

Required qualifications and competencies:
-    Bachelor or Master diploma in electronics or similar 
-    Experience with analog and digital circuit design
