Under broad direction, leads Surface Data Logging (SDL) operations for assigned customers in multiple districts. Supervises the daily activities of individuals performing job site work, ensuring process adherence from Design of Service through Performance Review. Communicates effectively with customer geologists and engineers to ensure services meet or exceed expectations, utilizing technical and/or operational expertise to provide solutions. Aligns project requirements with personnel and equipment needs, communicating with 3rd parties and support personnel as required. Participates in the hiring process directly, in concert with Personnel Development Coordinators and Human Resources. Champions the implementation of new technology within the SDL service line.

This position will be open to various countries in LATAM as a Subject Matter Expert in Surface Data Logging to cover a regional position within the region.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in sciences, engineering, or similar disciplines.
• More than 10 years of progressing experience in Surface Data Logging operations at Latin America.
• Solid technical knowledge of advanced as well as innovative SDL Technologies.
• Skills for negotiation, with clientes and suppliears.
• Tenacious, pro-active, self-confident/self-driven and flexible.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ample availability to travel.
• Experience in leading technical teams focusing on continuous improvement and delivery service quality is preferred.
